This is a great question.
Could it also be time? or pressure to teach to the test?
I know we all know that we shouldn't, but am I the only one who works on a campus where it is frowned upon if teaching is not overtly linked to TAKS?
Yes, I know that these Best Practices positvely impact test results, but sometimes, it's difficult for others to see the big picture.
What do you all think?
