Please sign up with your signature dish. It'll be divided into 3 categories: Entrees, Desserts and Side Dishes. It's 17 of us so 5 people will bring desserts, 7 people will brin Entrees and 5 people will bring side dishes/appetizers. Please keep in mind that we'll be hosting 30 people. Also, remember to post the recipe in the blog.
Thanks!

EARTHQUAKE CAKE
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
Mix together and spread in bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch oblong pan.
1 box German chocolate cake mix
Mix according to directions and then pour over coconut and nuts. Beat together:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
3 c. confectioners' sugar (powdered)
Mix well. Spoon over cake mix. DO NOT STIR INTO CAKE MIX. It will cook into your cake to make a filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. The top of the cake will not be smooth. It will crack open and be lumpy looking like an earthquake.
