Scott's Teaching Demonstration PPT

Thank you all for being such wonderful students. I enjoyed my time teaching you today. I truly appreciate the positive feedback from each of you. I will take your comments to heart as I use these strategies once again as school begins this coming fall. I look forward to learning from everyone else throughout the rest of the presentations.

    Scott,

What an outstanding presentation. The "affect" for me was that of comfort. I felt that I was with an instructor who had thought through his presentation very thoroughly, undetstood the theory which supported it, and had a well-organized plan to take our class through key writing strategies.

We got to participate in the strategies, and for me it was kind of like being at a "chuch supper" or "pot luck" dinner, where everyone brings something delicious--and I want to sample as much as possible. We did get to sample and reallly got "fed" from your kitchen of strategies! I think we saw the endless combinations and possibilities of writing strategies available to us, and our Bluebonnet teachers began thinking about how they could "cook up" a similar strategy in their own "kitchens."

Thank you for a job well done!

(There, I said it, and it wasn't "good job" either!)
